Potato gratin in puff pastry

Large sheets of puff pastry
75gBell pepper
75gRed onion
100gBaked smoked bacon

Preparation

  1. Place the potato gratin on the puff pastry (narrow strip).
  2. Cut the onion and bell pepper into pieces.
  3. Top with the sliced onion, bell pepper, fried smoked bacon, and cheddar cheese.
  4. Cut the edges every 1.5 centimeters and braid the puff pastry closed.
  5. Beat the egg and brush the braided puff pastry.
  6. Bake in the oven at 180°C convection for about 20-25 minutes.
