Potato waffles from potato-polenta roll

These potato waffles made from potato-polenta roll are great to serve with smoked salmon or prosciutto ham.

Preparation

  1. Cut the potato-polenta roll into slices of about 2 centimeters.
  2. Place the slices between a greased waffle iron.
  3. Bake the waffles for about 3.5 minutes until crispy and brown.
  4. Serve with, for example, smoked salmon or prosciutto ham.
