Sliceable potato gratin

This deluxe potato gratin is a delicious side dish that is easy to prepare.

Ingredients

2kgPotato gratin
30gpotato starch

Preparation

  1. Carefully mix the binding agent with the potato gratin.
  2. Line a 1/2 gastronorm tray with baking paper.
  3. Smooth the gratin in the gastronorm tray.
  4. Bake the gratin in the combi oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
  5. Store chilled overnight.
  6. Turn the gratin out onto a cutting board.
  7. Then cut the gratin into the desired shape or size.
  8. Optionally sprinkle with grated cheese and briefly gratinate.
