Crispy fried gyoza with a savory beef filling.

Ingredients

beef gyoza
Tempura flour
Panko
Soy sauce

Preparation

  1. Mix the tempura flour with cold water and a dash of soy sauce until slightly thinner than yogurt.
  2. Mix in some panko (for a crispy accent).
  3. Dip the frozen gyozas in the batter and fry in oil until the batter is crispy and the gyoza is warm.
  4. Serve with a soy dipping sauce with spring onion and red chili.
