Preparation
- Mix the flour, cinnamon, and sugar in a bowl.
- Add the beaten egg and mix until smooth.
- Add the milk and stir through.
- Make apple balls with the corer, insert skewers into the balls, and place in the blast freezer.
- Dip the frozen balls in the warm caramel and chill.
- Dip the apple caramel balls in the batter and fry at 180°C.
