Apple fritter with caramel

Delicious crispy apple balls!

Ingredients

250gFlour
300gMilk
100gEgg
12gCinnamon
40gSugar
1Apple
pommes parisienne scoop
Caramel

Preparation

  1. Mix the flour, cinnamon, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add the beaten egg and mix until smooth.
  3. Add the milk and stir through.
  4. Make apple balls with the corer, insert skewers into the balls, and place in the blast freezer.
  5. Dip the frozen balls in the warm caramel and chill.
  6. Dip the apple caramel balls in the batter and fry at 180°C.
