
Asparagus in avocado oil with Dutch camembert
Camembert tastes surprisingly good with green asparagus.Ingredients
Asparagus
herb salt
Ossekop cheese
roasted seeds
Avocado oil
Preparation
- Peel the asparagus and blanch until just under al dente in salted water.
- Grill the asparagus in a grill pan, rubbed with avocado oil and sprinkled with herb salt.
- Place them warm on a plate.
- Add some ripe Dutch camembert (Ossekopkaas) on top and heat with a blowtorch.
- Finish with roasted seeds (briefly in the oven).
