60mlMaple syrup
15mlLemon juice
30mlWater
300gFresh blueberries

Preparation
- Heat 150 grams of the blueberries with the maple syrup, water, and lemon juice.
- Let simmer gently for 10 minutes.
- Add the remaining 150 grams of blueberries and let simmer for about 8 more minutes until a compote texture forms.
- Place the camembert in a small oven dish.
- Heat in the oven at 180°C until the cheese is soft and melted.
- Spoon the warm blueberry compote over the camembert.
- Serving tip: serve with bread for dipping.
