Camembert from the barbecue with ‘baked blueberry’ sauce
A creamy Camembert, warm and smooth from the barbecue, served with a sweet and fruity blueberry sauce for a tempting contrast.Ingredients
250gBlueberries
100units.centiliterOrange juice
Lemon honey
Camembert
Cashew crunch maple
Preparation
- Preheat a skillet on the barbecue to 180–200°C.
- Add a neutral oil and let it come up to temperature.
- Add the fresh blueberries to the skillet and mix with about 1 tablespoon of lemon honey.
- Deglaze with the orange juice and bring to a boil.
- Let the sauce reduce briefly until it thickens slightly, but keep most of the berries whole for texture.
- Wrap the camembert in butcher paper with a splash of lemon honey and place the package on the barbecue.
- Let the cheese soften until it is lightly melted.
- Serve the warm camembert with the blueberry sauce and garnish with coarsely chopped maple cashew crunch.
