Camembert from the barbecue with ‘baked blueberry’ sauce

A creamy Camembert, warm and smooth from the barbecue, served with a sweet and fruity blueberry sauce for a tempting contrast.

Ingredients

250gBlueberries
100units.centiliterOrange juice
Lemon honey
Camembert
Cashew crunch maple

Preparation

  1. Preheat a skillet on the barbecue to 180–200°C.
  2. Add a neutral oil and let it come up to temperature.
  3. Add the fresh blueberries to the skillet and mix with about 1 tablespoon of lemon honey.
  4. Deglaze with the orange juice and bring to a boil.
  5. Let the sauce reduce briefly until it thickens slightly, but keep most of the berries whole for texture.
  6. Wrap the camembert in butcher paper with a splash of lemon honey and place the package on the barbecue.
  7. Let the cheese soften until it is lightly melted.
  8. Serve the warm camembert with the blueberry sauce and garnish with coarsely chopped maple cashew crunch.
