Pimentón

Preparation

  1. Slice the halloumi into even slices.
  2. Grill the slices on the barbecue until golden brown and lightly caramelized on both sides.
  3. Place the halloumi on a platter and drizzle with chili oil.
  4. Finally, sprinkle with a pinch of pimentón.
