Barbecued spinach with burrata

A surprising combination of briefly grilled spinach and creamy burrata from the barbecue.

Ingredients

Chili oil
Salt
Pepper
garlic oil
Barbecue pan with holes
basil oil
Spinach
Burrata
Pimentón

Preparation

  1. Place the washed spinach in a large bowl.
  2. Add garlic oil and salt to taste and mix well.
  3. Heat the barbecue to about 180°C.
  4. Place the spinach in a perforated barbecue pan and grill briefly over the fire.
  5. Stir-fry the spinach, tossing, until it just starts to wilt but still has some bite.
  6. Spoon the warm spinach into a dish or onto a plate.
  7. Place the burrata on top and season with freshly ground pepper.
  8. Drizzle with basil oil and chili oil.
  9. Finally, sprinkle with a little pimentón.
