Preparation

  1. Heat the panna cotta to about 65°C.
  2. Add the Blue Curaçao and orange juice and mix well.
  3. Let cool and stir before use.

  1. Spoon a layer of the Blue Curaçao 'custard' into a glass.
  2. Place a cup of banana ice cream in the OneShot machine.
  3. Dispense a soft serve on top of the 'custard'.
  4. Garnish with meringue drops and a few fresh flower petals.
