Preparation of brined pork tenderloin on the BBQ
A good preparation is essential for pork tenderloin; too short and it is not cooked, too long and it is too dry. Especially on the grill, this is a challenge. This pork fillet in this recipe is therefore brined, which allows more moisture to remain in the meat and thus keeps it juicier after cooking. Ideal for preparing on the barbecue. Cook until the fillet is nicely colored and caramelized in about 6 minutes to a core temperature of 64°C.
