Black pudding sausages with apple and cinnamon

A surprising and delicious tapas dish.

Ingredients

Fine sugar
1Jonagold apple
Clarified butter
Cinnamon powder
mini blood sausages

Preparation

  1. Peel a Jonagold apple and cut into cubes. Sauté the apple in butter.
  2. Mix fine sugar with cinnamon powder and sprinkle over the apple. Let it caramelize lightly.
  3. Remove the pan from the heat.
  4. Cook the mini blood sausages in clarified butter.
  5. Mix the blood sausages with the apple and serve.
