Preparation
- Peel a Jonagold apple and cut into cubes. Sauté the apple in butter.
- Mix fine sugar with cinnamon powder and sprinkle over the apple. Let it caramelize lightly.
- Remove the pan from the heat.
- Cook the mini blood sausages in clarified butter.
- Mix the blood sausages with the apple and serve.
