Ingredients
45mlAbsolut Vodka
15mlLemon juice
3dashes Tabasco
3dashes Worcestershire sauce
pinch of sea salt
pinch of pepper
120mltomato-vegetable juice
500gherb cream cheese
Preparation
- Take 1 liter of tomato-vegetable juice, season with a bit of Tabasco, heat and dissolve 3 sheets of gelatin in it. Pour into glasses and let set. Blend 500 grams of light herb cream cheese with 500 grams of warm cream using a hand blender. Let cool slightly and then pour over the gelled tomato mixture.
- Using a hand blender, mix fresh, chopped green herbs (chives, basil, flat-leaf parsley) with olive oil to make a green herb oil. Season with salt and finally pour this over the cream cheese. Serve with bread.
