Ingredients

150gWater
50gcitrus boiron
10gblue tea blue flower
zest of 1 lemon
30gBombay Sapphire gin
blue food coloring
100glemon boiron
65gSugar

200mlTonic
50mlBombay Sapphire gin
3units.itemsblue ice balls
3units.itemsclear ice balls

Preparation

  1. Boil 150 grams of water, 50 grams of citrus boiron, 65 grams of sugar, and 10 grams of blue tea (blue flower) until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Let cool.
  3. Add 100 grams of lemon boiron, 30 grams of Bombay, the zest of 1 lemon, and blue food coloring, and freeze into ice balls.

  1. Pour the tonic and the gin into a carafe and pour into 2 glasses.
  2. Add the ice balls.
