Boneless ribs with naan bread, zucchini, onion crumble, and a BBQ sauce.

This recipe is presented during the Chef's Table street food snacks at the Horeca Event at HANOS Apeldoorn on September 26, 2023.

Ingredients

1Naanta Pocket bread
Korean BBQ sauce
300gzucchini spirelli
175gonion crumble

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the naanta for about 5 minutes.
  2. Toss the zucchini spirelli with some sushi vinegar, pepper, and salt.
  3. Place the Boneless ribs on a tray and bake in an oven for about 6 min at 180°C.
  4. Place the Boneless ribs on the naanta, dress with some barbecue sauce, top with the zucchini, and sprinkle with some onion crumble.
