Stale bread
120mlCrème anglaise

White chocolate ice cream
Orange powder
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients, except the bread and lemon zest, with a hand blender until smooth.
- Add the lemon zest to the mixture.
- Fill the desired mold with old bread (fresh bread or brioche can also be used).
- Pour the mixture over the bread in the mold.
- Bake for about 25 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C.
- Mix the Baileys with the crème anglaise.
- Add orange zest to taste and optionally some juice for extra freshness.
- Serve the bread & butter pudding lukewarm and pour over the Baileys crème anglaise.
- Add a scoop of white chocolate ice cream and finish with a pinch of orange powder.
