Rustic bread in 3 ways

Bussing B’Rustiek is bread with a story. This traditional bread, based on 'levain', is made with the flour type 'farine tradition Francaise'.

Water, sea salt, and a tiny bit of yeast are added to this. It is slowly kneaded into a smooth dough, which is then given 48 hours to rise and develop flavor. Without any additives, using only 100% natural ingredients.
