Van Dobben veal croquette sandwich

Nostalgically delicious soft white bun with a Van Dobben veal croquette and homemade mustard.

Ingredients

white bun
Coarse mustard
Mustard seeds
veal croquettes

Preparation

  1. Combine 1 part mustard seeds with two parts water.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Let cool in the liquid so the mustard seeds can absorb the moisture.
  4. Fry the croquettes.
  5. Serve the croquettes on the white bun together with the soft mustard seeds and the coarse mustard.
