White cabbage
citrus vinaigrette
Crème fraîche
Mayonnaise

Preparation
- Make a coleslaw by blanching the white cabbage in salted water.
- Soak large yellow raisins in water until soft.
- Mix the blanched cabbage with some of the soaked raisins and season the salad with citrus vinaigrette, a bit of mayonnaise, crème fraîche, and freshly ground pepper and salt.
- Rinse roasted peppers well under the tap.
- Slice pastrami.
- Warm the peppers and pastrami on the barbecue.
- Place the coleslaw, peppers, pastrami, and a little smokey BBQ sauce on a white bread roll.
