Preparation
- Place the yogurt in a cheesecloth and hang it in a conical sieve with a bowl underneath.
- Let the yogurt 'hang' for about 24 hours in the refrigerator.
- Peel the cucumber with a peeler and remove the seeds (you can still use them in smoothies).
- Grate the cucumber and also put it in a cheesecloth (about 2 hours).
- Chop the fresh mint and grate the garlic with a microplane.
- Mix the yogurt, cucumber, garlic, mint, and oregano with a spatula.
- Season with pepper and salt.
