
Chocolate brownie cake with ice cream
Delicious chocolate brownie cake with ice cream, made with fresh quiche and pie dough from Tante Fanny.Ingredients
80gFlour
4Eggs
200gSugar
1Pinch of salt
150gMilk chocolate callets
150gDark chocolate callets 54.5%
100gChopped nuts (for example, walnuts, hazelnuts, or pecans)
1Tante Fanny quiche and tart dough roll
Vanilla ice cream
Preparation
- Place the callets and butter in a stainless steel bowl and melt them in a pan with hot water (au bain-marie).
- Add the salt and sugar and stir vigorously to create a homogeneous mixture.
- Let it cool briefly.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat) and prepare the dough according to the instructions on the package.
- Vigorously stir the eggs and nuts into the chocolate mixture and add the flour.
- Roll out the dough with the attached baking paper directly into a tart tin (ø26 cm) and reinforce the edge with the excess dough.
- Pour the chocolate mixture onto the dough and place the tin on the rack at the bottom of the oven. Bake the tart for 25 - 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve after baking with vanilla ice cream.
