Colorful brunch flammkuchen

This colorful brunch flammkuchen is a crispy and tasty addition to the brunch table.With a base of Tante Fanny crusts and a layer of crème fraîche, this dish is easy to prepare and wonderfully versatile. Bake the crusts for 7-9 minutes in the oven, then top them with all kinds of delicious ingredients such as ham, smoked salmon, camembert, and radishes. Here, the more creative, the better! This way, there is something for everyone. Recipe is for 4 flammkuchen.

Ingredients

Lamb's lettuce
200gCrème fraîche
4Tante Fanny flammkuchen bases (1 pack)
5Finely sliced radishes
Rocket
3Smoked salmon slices
3Ham slices
Garden cress
Salt
Pepper
1Large fig
1Small camembert

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 270°C (top and bottom heat) and prepare the dough straight from the refrigerator.
  2. Place two bases side by side on a baking tray without baking paper.
  3. Spread each base with ¼ of the crème fraîche, leaving a 1 cm border all around. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake for 7-9 minutes on the lowest rack of the oven until crispy.
  5. Top one base with ham and garden cress, one with smoked salmon and arugula, one with radish and lamb's lettuce, and one with camembert and figs.
