Butter
50mlWhipped cream
0.2Vanilla paste
50gCoarsely chopped milk chocolate
1Tante Fanny croissant dough roll
100gNut nougat cream (or other cream)
50gchopped hazelnuts
2Finely chopped Bros
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat) and prepare the dough according to the instructions on the package.
- Roll out the dough with the rolled baking paper and cut twice from top to bottom to make 3 rectangles of the same size.
- Cut the rectangles diagonally in half again to make 6 triangles.
- Spread a thin layer of nougat cream (or other cream of your choice) on the triangles and sprinkle with hazelnuts.
- Leave a 1 cm border all around.
- Roll up the dough triangles from the wide end. Bring the ends of each croissant together and press lightly.
- Lightly grease a large muffin tin with butter and place one cruffin in each cup.
- Bake the cruffins in the oven for about 25 minutes until golden brown. Then let them cool.
- Heat the cream, add the vanilla paste and chocolate, let it melt completely, and stir well.
- Spoon the mixture over the cruffins and immediately sprinkle with the finely chopped Bros.
