Chocolate honey pots filled with honey tiramisu

Soft tiramisu with honey in chocolate pots. A beautiful combination of sweet and creamy, perfect as a dessert or component.

Ingredients

Chocolate honey pot
2Honey
1Espresso
Ladyfingers

500gMascarpone cream
70gManuka honey

60gButter
60gHoney
60gEgg white
60gFlour
Silicone mold Alvéolé 3

Preparation

  1. Dissolve the honey in the warm espresso.
  2. Let the mixture cool and briefly dip the ladyfingers in it to let them soak.
  3. Spread this on the bottom of the chocolate honey pots.

  1. Whip the mascarpone cream and manuka honey together until thickened.
  2. Pipe this onto the ladyfingers in the chocolate honey pot.

  1. Melt the butter with the honey until liquid.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients into a tuille batter.
  3. Spread the batter in the mold and bake at 160°C for about 8 minutes.
  4. Break into pieces and use as a garnish on the mousse.
