Ball of honey goat cheese in beet jelly

Goat cheese ball in beet jelly, coated with honey gel, is a flavorful harmony of sweet, sour, and creamy.

Ingredients

Fresh soft goat cheese with honey
500mlBeet juice
1Lavender honey
4gKappa gelling powder

120gLavender honey
80gWater
10gVegetal gelling powder
0.5units.itemsLime juice

Preparation

  1. Make balls from the soft goat cheese and freeze them lightly.
  2. Mix the beet juice well with the kappa.
  3. Add the honey and heat while stirring to 80°C.
  4. Keep it warm.
  5. Remove the lightly frozen goat cheese balls from the freezer.
  6. Skewer them on a satay stick and dip them once in the warm red beet jelly.
  7. Let them thaw.

  1. Mix the ingredients well together.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Pour out, let cool, and then blend until smooth to a gel.
  4. Serve the honey gel on the ball of honey goat cheese and beet juice.
