Preparation
- Make balls from the soft goat cheese and freeze them lightly.
- Mix the beet juice well with the kappa.
- Add the honey and heat while stirring to 80°C.
- Keep it warm.
- Remove the lightly frozen goat cheese balls from the freezer.
- Skewer them on a satay stick and dip them once in the warm red beet jelly.
- Let them thaw.
- Mix the ingredients well together.
- Bring to a boil.
- Pour out, let cool, and then blend until smooth to a gel.
- Serve the honey gel on the ball of honey goat cheese and beet juice.
