Preparation
- Let the croissants thaw (about 15 minutes outside the refrigerator).
- Bake them in the oven at 170 to 190ÀöC, let cool, and slice the baked croissants open.
- Using an ice cream scoop, scoop two balls of cookie dough and place them between the two halves of the croissant.
- Warm in an oven at 160ÀöC before serving so the cookie dough can melt.
