The ultimate combination of croissant and cookie dough, in other words: crookie.

Ingredients

Unbaked croissants
Cookie dough

Preparation

  1. Let the croissants thaw (about 15 minutes outside the refrigerator).
  2. Bake them in the oven at 170 to 190ÀöC, let cool, and slice the baked croissants open.
  3. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop two balls of cookie dough and place them between the two halves of the croissant.
  4. Warm in an oven at 160ÀöC before serving so the cookie dough can melt.
