
Edamame Japanese style
Stir-fried in sesame oil.Ingredients
edamame (green soybeans)
Sesame oil
ponzu dressing
sesame powder with spices
Soy sauce
Preparation
- Cook the edamame until just tender in water. Rinse immediately with cold water.
- Briefly stir-fry the beans in a little sesame oil before serving. Deglaze immediately with a little soy sauce and ponzu.
- Remove from the pan, mix in a bit of sesame powder and serve as a small bite at the table.
