Edible coffee flower pots

Ingredients

250gsemi-whipped cream
2coffee powder
4gleaf gelatin
Oreo crumbs
150gcaramel chocolate
100gliquid cream
Chocolate flower pots

200gMelted butter
250gFlour
250gEgg white
350gIcing sugar
1cocoa powder
chopped pistachios

Preparation

1. Heat the liquid cream with the coffee powder to 40°C.

2. Dissolve the soaked gelatin in it.

3. Pour the mixture over the chocolate and make an emulsion.

4. Fold in the semi-whipped cream.

5. Pipe the mousse into the chocolate flower pots and cover with the Oreo crumbs.

1. Sift the flour.

2. Mix the sugar with the cocoa powder and add to the flour.

3. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir into a batter.

4. Pipe 'twigs' onto a baking mat and sprinkle with some chopped pistachios.

5. Bake the twigs for about 8 minutes at 170°C.
