Ingredients

Sushi vinegar
hon wasabi
unsweetened cream

Preparation

  1. Season unsweetened cream to taste with hon wasabi and a dash of sushi vinegar.
  2. Mix everything well, transfer to a siphon, and insert a gas cartridge.
  3. Keep cold until use.
