
Fatayer
A pie consisting of a bread dough made from two types of flour (tipo 1 and tipo 2) filled with, for example, Sütdiyari and spinach.We use a dough former that we line with the dough and then fold over, allowing the bun to form itself, ideal!

2gSmoked paprika powder

oil to taste and desired consistency
Preparation
- Mix the flour with the yeast. 
- Roughly chop the baby spinach.
- Chop the onion, oregano, and crumble the white cheese.
- Mix the ingredients with the remaining ingredients and spices and add a little oil.
- Optionally, blend a bit finer in the food processor.
- Roll out the dough and fill and shape it in the molds.
- Brush them lightly with oil and optionally herbs.
- Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
