
Flammkuchen with egg and breakfast bacon
Delicious flammkuchen with egg and breakfast bacon, made with fresh flammkuchen bases from Tante Fanny.Recipe is for 4 flammkuchen.Ingredients
4Eggs
4Tante Fanny flammkuchen bases (1 pack)
Chives
100gBacon slices
250gSour cream
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 270°C (top and bottom heat) and use the dough straight from the refrigerator.
- Place two bases side by side without baking paper on a baking tray.
- Spread 1/4 of the sour cream per flammkuchen base. Leave a border of approx. 1 cm all around.
- Cover each base with bacon and carefully break an egg over each one.
- Bake one tray at a time in the oven, baking the flammkuchen bases at the bottom of the oven for 7 - 9 minutes until golden brown.
- Season with pepper and salt and sprinkle with chives.
