You can make savory cheese snacks super quickly with fresh rolled puff pastry. With Tante Fanny's fresh puff pastry, anything is possible.Ingredients

1Red onion
0.5Red bell pepper
1Beaten egg
1Tante Fanny puff pastry roll
1Egg yolk
100gGrated cheese
400gFloury potatoes
Pepper

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (top and bottom heat) and prepare the dough according to the instructions on the package.
- Grate the potatoes and squeeze the grated potato well with your hands.
- Finely chop the onion and bell pepper.
- Briefly fry the onion, bell pepper, and grated potato in a pan and season with salt and pepper.
- Let the mixture cool in a sieve and then mix in the egg yolk.
- Roll out the dough with the rolled baking paper directly onto the baking tray. Halve the dough once lengthwise.
- Brush the dough with beaten egg.
- Spread the mixture lengthwise over the dough pieces, leaving about 2 cm free all around.
- Roll up the dough like a sausage and press the dough edges a bit tight.
- Press the dough ends together so that a round shape with a hole in the middle is formed.
- Brush the dough again with egg and fill the hole with cheese.
- Bake them in the middle of the oven for 30 - 35 minutes until golden brown.
