Surprising snack with turnips.

Ingredients

Stock
Egg white
Rice flour
small turnips

Preparation

  1. Peel the turnips as round as possible with a peeler. Cook them until tender in stock.
  2. Pat dry, dip in beaten egg white, and then coat in rice flour.
  3. Deep-fry in hot oil for service.
