Beets glazed in veal jus

Ingredients

10units.itemsmini beets (or cut-out cooked beets)
1Veal jus
preserved lemon

Preparation

  1. Cook the beets until done and clean them.
  2. Reduce the veal jus until it is syrupy.
  3. Glaze the beets in the veal jus, remove them, and grate the preserved lemon over them.
