Grilled and marinated corn on the cob with crispy chili oil
A flavorful twist on a classic: juicy corn on the cob, marinated and grilled, finished with a spicy and crunchy chili oil.Ingredients
Lemon
Crispy chili oil
Grilled half corn cobs
Basting marinade parrillada aio e lemone
Preparation
- The corn cobs are already pre-cooked and roasted, making them ready to use immediately.
- Brush the frozen cobs with the marinade. Grill or heat on the BBQ or in a grill pan.
- Baste the cobs again during and, if desired, after grilling for extra flavor and shine.
- Halve the lemon and briefly grill the cut sides.
- Serve the corn cobs with crispy chili oil and the grilled lemon halves.
