Grilled green asparagus

The serrano ham complements the flavor of the green asparagus.

Ingredients

sliced serrano ham
Cabrales
fresh green asparagus

Preparation

  1. Peel and blanch the asparagus until almost cooked.
  2. Wrap each asparagus with a slice of serrano ham.
  3. Rub a grill pan with garlic oil and grill the asparagus until done. Add salt if needed.
  4. Crumble some Cabrales over and serve warm, so the cheese melts slightly.
