
Grilled green asparagus

fresh green asparagus
Preparation
- Peel and blanch the asparagus until almost cooked.
- Wrap each asparagus with a slice of serrano ham.
- Rub a grill pan with garlic oil and grill the asparagus until done. Add salt if needed.
- Crumble some Cabrales over and serve warm, so the cheese melts slightly.
