Egg marinated in soy sauce with trout roe, garnished with edible flowers and cress.Ingredients

Preparation
- Boil the eggs for 7 minutes and cool them in an ice bath.
- Crack the shell but do not peel the eggs.
- Place the eggs in a bowl or container and completely cover them with soy sauce.
- Let the eggs marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Peel the eggs, but leave the bottom on for a nice effect.
- Cut a small cap off the top and place some trout roe on it.
- Garnish with edible flowers or cress.
