Smoked Dijonaise sauce

A classic hollandaise sauce as a base, but with a surprising twist. In this recipe, with the addition of Dijon mustard and liquid smoke.

Ingredients

15gDijon mustard
6gKnorr Professional Intense Deep Smoke
300gKnorr Garde d'Or Hollandaise sauce

Preparation

  1. Heat the Hollandaise sauce and add the mustard and liquid smoke.
  2. Strain the sauce and pour it into a siphon.
  3. Charge the siphon with two cartridges.
