Stuffed dates with goat cheese and Hertog Jan Bockbier

Hertog Jan Bockbier with its notes of caramel and rich creamy aromas pairs perfectly with these different date varieties.Fill the dates with goat cheese and finish with a tasty topping such as chocolate chunks or walnut. handful of walnuts
extra dark chocolate chunks
Hertog Jan bock beer

Preparation

  1. Loosen the goat cheese with a fork and then scoop it into a piping bag.
  2. Slice the dates lengthwise and remove the pit.
  3. Fill the dates with goat cheese.
  4. Press a whole walnut onto half of the dates and sprinkle the other filled dates with chocolate chunks.
  5. Serve the dates with a bock beer from Hertog Jan.
