This antler is nice, for example, on an autumnal starter with game.Ingredients
150gFlour
300gWhite caster sugar
100gWater
250gChestnut purée
250gcooked chestnuts
100gMelted butter
Preparation
- Blend all ingredients smooth in the food processor. Let the batter rest in the fridge.
- Then spread the batter into the silicone mold and bake in the oven at 180°C until brown and crispy (10 to 15 minutes).
