Antler of chestnut

This antler is nice, for example, on an autumnal starter with game.

Ingredients

150gFlour
300gWhite caster sugar
100gWater
250gChestnut purée
250gcooked chestnuts
100gMelted butter

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients smooth in the food processor. Let the batter rest in the fridge.
  2. Then spread the batter into the silicone mold and bake in the oven at 180°C until brown and crispy (10 to 15 minutes).
