Ice-cold iceberg lettuce!Ingredients
Lemon juice
2Gelatin sheets
500gIceberg lettuce
Tarragon
1Japanese rice vinegar
Preparation
- Finely slice 100 grams of iceberg lettuce.
- Blend the remaining 400 grams of iceberg lettuce.
- Mix both and add a little lemon juice.
- Dissolve 2 sheets of gelatin in this mixture and finally add some finely chopped tarragon and a tablespoon of rice vinegar.
- Freeze and occasionally mash well together until the desired granita texture is achieved.
