Ingredients

gua bao's
1cucumber in slices
Rocket
1roasted Peking duck
Beech mushrooms

Preparation

  1. Crisp up the Peking duck on the skin side.
  2. Steam the buns.
  3. Separate the beech mushrooms, sauté in a pan, and season with salt.
  4. Place the Peking duck between the steamed bun with the arugula and sliced cucumber.
  5. Spoon a few beech mushrooms on top.
