Preparation
- Crisp up the Peking duck on the skin side.
- Steam the buns.
- Separate the beech mushrooms, sauté in a pan, and season with salt.
- Place the Peking duck between the steamed bun with the arugula and sliced cucumber.
- Spoon a few beech mushrooms on top.
