
Hangop of sheep's yogurt
Creamy hangop made from sheep's milk yogurt with vanilla, crispy sugar bread, and refreshing stewed pear sorbet.Ingredients
40gIcing sugar
40gUnsweetened whipped cream
500gSheep's yogurt
stewed pear sorbet
250gFrisian sugar bread
1Vanilla pod
Preparation
- Hang the sheep's yogurt in a cloth and let it hang in the refrigerator overnight.
- Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise, place it in a saucepan with the unsweetened whipped cream and powdered sugar.
- Bring to a boil and let simmer gently for 1 minute.
- Scrape out the vanilla pod, let the mixture cool down, and fold it into the hangop.
- Cut the Frisian sugar bread into brunoise and briefly fry in butter.
- Fill a bowl with the hangop, sprinkle the fried sugar bread on top, and pipe a little apple syrup in between.
- Serve with stewed pear sorbet.
