Lágrimas Ibérico meat fingers
Romaine lettuce
Crème fraîche
Mini buns mixed (yellow)
Spicy cucumber moons
Tucker Joe burger relish sauce

Preparation

  1. Heat the Ibérico meat fingers. Our chef heats these on the grill.
  2. Mix the crème fraîche with Tucker Joe burger relish sauce to taste.
  3. Bake the yellow buns in a preheated oven for about 3 minutes at 200°C.
  4. Serve the buns with spicy cucumber, crème fraîche–relish mixture, and romaine lettuce.
