Preparation

  1. Bring a liter of water to a boil and, while stirring, add the weighed soup powder.
  2. Let the soup simmer gently for 5 minutes.

  1. Bring the coconut milk together with the cream and citrus to a boil.
  2. Pour the mixture into a siphon and charge with two cartridges.

  1. Ladle the soup into bowls and pipe the coconut foam on top.
  2. Finish the soup with some vadouvan.
