Preparation
- Bring a liter of water to a boil and, while stirring, add the weighed soup powder.
- Let the soup simmer gently for 5 minutes.
- Bring the coconut milk together with the cream and citrus to a boil.
- Pour the mixture into a siphon and charge with two cartridges.
- Ladle the soup into bowls and pipe the coconut foam on top.
- Finish the soup with some vadouvan.
