Veal cheeks from pressure cooker

Using the pressure cooker saves you time.

Ingredients

Garlic
Rosemary
Onion
veal cheeks
Red wine

Preparation

  1. Sear the veal cheeks on all sides and deglaze with red wine. Place in the pressure cooker with veal stock, a bit of rosemary, garlic, and onion.
  2. Cook for 1 hour at the highest pressure.
