
Caviar of balsamic vinegar
No algin, citras, or gluco on hand? You can still make fake caviar.Ingredients
200gbalsamic vinegar
8gvegetal
500gGrape seed oil
Preparation
- Bring 200 grams of balsamic vinegar with 8 grams of vegetal (gelling agent) to a boil.
- Place 500 grams of grapeseed oil in the freezer until it is thoroughly cold.
- Using a bottle, drip the balsamic mixture into the cold oil, so that small spheres are formed immediately. (This caviar is therefore not liquid inside.)
