sweet corn kernels from a can
kimchi base
Sriracha mayonnaise

Preparation
- Prepare the dough for the pizza base as indicated in the basic recipe (see basic recipe at the bottom of the page). Additionally, mix kimchi base to taste into the water and use 300 grams of this liquid.
- Make a sauce from crème fraîche and kimchi and spread this over the base.
- Add sweet corn kernels from a can, blanched enoki mushrooms, and vegetarian slices of Beyond sausage.
- Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top and bake in the oven.
- Garnish with sweet and sour red cabbage, sriracha mayonnaise, and yogurt.
