Preparation
- Prepare the dough as indicated in the basic recipe (see basic recipe at the bottom of the page). Additionally, mix 500 grams of Asian broth with two sachets of tom kha kai curry paste and bring to a boil. Add 1 liter of coconut milk and mix well. Use 300 grams of this liquid instead of water.
- Bake the pizza base in the oven.
- Top with chicken thighs stewed in coconut and tom kha kai, stewed bok choy, and garnish with spring onion.
